I am in trouble In Puno

I visited Amazing Colca Canyon and now I{m in Puno.

This morning i went to the Bolivia consulate to  get the Visa.

The secratary checked the documents which i prepared and said [No problem, come at 2 pm and you will get the Visa].

But in the afternoon I couldn{t get my Visa. The docotor who is responsible to confirm my injections is in hopital.(took an operation) The Secratary said that he is not sure when the docotor can begin to work. That means i should wait without any infomation when i can get the Visa.

 

I am upset. what shall I do?

Should I wait for the docotor getting well-- even a week? 2 weeks? No!!

Or...How about to go to Tacna Consulate (It is 12hours from Puno) to get Visa there? Then I can go to Oruro Bolivia(via Arica Chille).

It means that I will not go to La Paz and directly go to Uyuni.    

 

But i{m afraid that i don{t have much information about Tacna, Tacna consulation, and the way from Arica to Oruro. And it will be very tough route...

Or, Should i skip Bolivia?

I{m confused and nervous. But I know I can solve the problem anyway.
