I´m in La Paz anyway

On 2nd April, after I visited titicaca Lake as i had planed, I visted Bolivia Consulation again.

Worse than before, they said 'the person returned to Bolivia and for 2weeks they will not do the job'.

So I decided to cross the border without Visa.

If it is impossible, i  can come back to Puno and  consider the other ways....

I couldn´t wait sitting and doing nothing.

However, going to tacna seems a kind of adventure.

It  takes 12hours  from Puno to tacna by bus. Morevover, nobody can guarentee that I can get visa there. 

 

So yesterday I went to the border... and anyway I suceeded to´´buy´ my Visa at the border.

I payed 50$. It was faticulous. They didn´t ask any documents even the certification of injections.

I was angry and douted if it was a matter of money. (Americans have to pay 100$ because America government regards Bolivia as a country that exports drugs... they say).

 

Anyway I´m in a odd city La Paz and I´m satisfied.

I´ll stay here till Sunday morning(in Korea it is Monday), heading for Oruro to take the train to Uyuni.

I´m healthy and my heart is still open wide to the world and the people.
